From the Author Cat Paws Through History, Ko-Ko the Cat Meets Napoleon Bonaparte is based on our cat Ko-Ko, and our trip overseas to the Battlefield of Waterloo,--- which is located in Belgium. It was in Waterloo, that the great and powerful Napoleon Bonaparte was defeated in the year 1815. The book itself is a mixture of both non-fiction and fiction. The purpose of the book is to create a pleasant reading experience for children, parents, grandparents, and family members: One which they can share with one another. It is meant to teach about the importance of having a relationship with God, family, history, travel, manners, etiquette, and the proper care of companion animals --- our furry children. It is written from the perspective of Ko-Ko, therefore it is Ko-Ko who is the story teller. It is filled with joy and laughter, as well as many wonderful memories. Ko-Ko and I hope that you will enjoy reading our book. Please note that 10% of the royalties from the sale of each book --- Cat Paws Through History, Ko-Ko the Cat Meets Napoleon Bonaparte,--- will be donated to the A.S.P.C.A. --- The American Society For The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. In closing, Ko-Ko and I thank you for your kind consideration of our book.

From the Inside Flap The cover of Cat Paws Through History, Ko-Ko the Cat Meets Napoleon Bonaparte was created with an exact purpose in mind. Therefore, the Inside-flap of the cover of the book (the hardcover copy) has no writing. It was our intent to create a cover which can be framed and may be viewed: Much like an artistic illustration. Thus, in the process, --- we believe that a work of art was created. It took many months of hard work, and the sharing of creative ideas between the publisher and myself, in order to develop this beautiful cover. It is adorned with a portrait of Ko-Ko, --- also known as --- Ko-Ko the Cat. Both Ko-Ko and I are quite proud of the finished product, and we thank our publisher, --- AuthorHouse, --- for all of their heartfelt effort and work. Ko-Ko and I hope that the cover of our book will bring you much joy: As much joy as the creative process has brought to us. We thank you for the kind consideration of our book. --This text refers to the edition. pdf
